It is with a great pleasure that we welcome you on our estate for a tour and here is your planning for the visit.
Our tour starts with our still discover. We will introduce our family, our history, cognac vineyard to lead you to our family vineyard presentation, all planted in Grande Champagne. After this introduction, we will explain to you our harvest process, wine fermentation and you will learn to distill.
Then we will lead you to our historical aging cellar passing by our bottling room to make you discover the long aging process of our eaux-de-vie and the art of being a « Maître de Chai ». We will also show you how to make Pineau des Charentes, famous liquor wine from the region.
The tour ends by a tasting of the products of your choice in our shop, that was our ancestor’s distillery.
