Very Old Pineau Rose, Lot 135, limited edition

In 2022, Emmanuel, cellar master of the estate has decided to make a special blending to celebrate three of four bothers’ birthdays: Vincent (50), Matthieu (45) and Emmanuel (40). He has been searching in its oldest barrels to find exceptionnals pineaux and make this sepcial nectar. The idea: dealing with the number 3: Three grape varieties, 3 brothers, 3 vintages, 3 birthdays. Then he played with the number 135: addition of the 3 ages, number of available bottles, and price for the bottle.

With a nice ruby colour and orange reflects, this very old pineau develops candied fruits aromas such as apricot or prune, almond paste or honey notes. In mouth the taste is generous, round with a little acidity for freshness, revealing fuity and candied notes. This nectar will be served chilled for the aperitif or will be perfect with a chocolate dessert. Sold in an elegant woodden box.
